Shipping and Returns

Here you’ll find information about our Shipping services as well as our Return and Exchange policies.

SHIPPING

Forever Barbón’s products are shipped within 2-3 business days of placing your order via our preferred carrier, USPS (United States Postal Service). All shipping times provided by either Forever Barbón or USPS are estimates of the United States Postal Service and are not guaranteed. Please visit www.usps.com for more information. Orders must provide a valid address, and any undeliverable packages returned to us due to address issues may require additional shipping charges.

RETURNS

All returns are accepted up to 15 days from the time the order is received. Eligible return items must be unused, in the same condition they are received (with its tags), and shipped back in the original packaging – including your receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that do not meet the above criteria. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and all shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as Forever Barbón and USPS do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). In the case your return is lost or stolen, Forever Barbón is not liable nor responsible and your refund will be denied. To initiate a return, please send an email to info@foreverbarbon.com including your order number and your requested return item(s).

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return reaches our warehouse and is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether or not your refund was accepted. If your item is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your payment card. Please note, your payment may take up to five business days to appear in your account. In the event that you do not receive your refund within the time frames above, please contact the card issuer, as it may take additional time for them to post your refund. Additionally, your bank may also have additional information on the status of your refund. If you’ve taken the above steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Refunds are accepted on all regular priced items only. Unfortunately, discounted and sale items are on an “as-is” sale status and cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

Unfortunately, at this time Forever Barbón is not accepting exchanges on items with sizing issues. All Forever Barbón hats are one size fits all. Still have questions? Contact us for more information.
